1. Your license
Your purchase grants the named buyer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive
license for one individual user. That user may install the font on their own
computers and use it for personal work, their business, and client work.
Additional people who install or use the font need their own seats. The
purchase does not transfer ownership of the font software or grant exclusivity.

2. What you may make
You may create unlimited finished designs, including logos, brand identities,
packaging, books, posters, signage, advertising, social graphics, video titles,
and physical merchandise. You may sell physical products carrying your finished
designs, including print-on-demand products. There is no production-count limit
and no credit requirement.

You may convert text to outlines and modify those outlines as part of a finished
design. You may deliver finished raster or outlined vector artwork to a client.
The client may use that finished design without buying the font, but needs a
separate license if they want to install the font or create new editable text.

You may embed a subset of the font in PDFs or other read-only documents for
viewing and printing, provided recipients cannot use it as a general font outside
the document. You may sell these finished documents. Books and ebooks are
permitted on this basis. You may provide a font copy temporarily to a print
provider solely to output your finished work; the provider must delete it after
the job and cannot use it for other work.

3. Font files and reusable systems
You may keep backup copies. You may not resell, give away, sublicense, or share
the font files, or include them in another product's download. A collection of
separate alphabet glyphs, font-conversion pack, or editable alphabet product is
not a permitted finished design. Do not modify or repackage the font software
for redistribution.

The desktop license does not cover serving the font as live website text,
embedding it in apps or games, or installing it in a shared design service or
customer-customization system. Examples of shared systems include public font
libraries, editable template platforms, and web-to-print text generators. These
uses need the relevant additional permission. Uploading to your own private
design-tool account is permitted if its terms keep the font private and only
licensed users can access it.

4. Service, updates, and rights
For download or font defects, contact the seller through your purchase channel
and include the order reference, application, and a sample of the problem.
Monosyth Type will offer a corrected file or, if the supplied file cannot be
made to match its description, a refund. Consumer rights that apply to your
purchase are not excluded. Future new styles are not included in this purchase.

The supplied character coverage and tested behavior are described in the guide.
Everyday Carved is a display typeface; no promise of suitability for every
application, language, cutting machine, or technical task is made. You remain
responsible for the content and legality of the designs you create.

If you materially breach this license, Monosyth Type may end permission for
future font use after notifying you and allowing 30 days to resolve the breach,
unless resolution is not possible. Existing lawful finished designs remain
licensed. Nothing here limits a right that applicable law does not allow a
contract to limit. Any unenforceable provision leaves the rest in effect.

Keep this license with your receipt. For a multi-seat or other use, contact the
seller through the channel where you purchased the font.
